At present Suesy is creating detailed assemblages, either in the format of the mandala, or as free standing sculptural installations or forms.
She combines precious objects of cultural or religious significance, with everyday objects such as children’s toys or bits of modern technology.
Suesy is particularly interested in objects that are in some situations precious and revered, but which can become kitsch or humorous in other predicaments.
From a mystical verses scientific context, Suesy looks at how culture and environment can give meaning to even the smallest and most insignificant object, or artifact, be it man made ,or natural.
Attachment, and letting go, are thus explored through a dense configuration of object, colour, texture and design.

As she continues her spiritual quest for meaning, Suesy journeys the universal desire of a symbol, or artifact personifying some of our most personal and tender memories, with our incessant desire to hold on!
